Oliwia’s legal journey began with exceptional academic achievements. In 2018, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, where she not only secured the top position on the admissions list but also received an award from the late Mayor of Gdańsk, Paweł Adamowicz. Her dedication to her studies culminated in her graduation with honors in 2023, ranking her among the top ten graduates of her year.

Her academic excellence continued as she began her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk in 2024. Oliwia achieved the best result in the entrance examination in Poland, earning her the prestigious award from the President of the National Council of Legal Advisers. This early recognition is a testament to her hard work, intelligence, and commitment to excellence.

Oliwia’s professional experience showcases her expertise in three key areas: immigration law, business law, and Polish civil law.

Immigration Law

At Kancelaria Prawna Griffin in Gdynia, Oliwia specialized in providing legal services to foreigners, focusing on the legalization of work and stay in Poland. Her responsibilities included preparing applications for temporary and permanent residence permits, visas, and work permits. She also conducted training sessions on these topics, helping clients navigate the complexities of Polish immigration law. Oliwia’s ability to represent clients in administrative proceedings before institutions such as the Regional Court of Appeal, the Border Guard, and the State Labor Office highlights her deep understanding of immigration law and her commitment to advocating for her clients.

Business Law

During her time at Qapitalia Aleksandrowicz i Wspólnicy sp. k., Oliwia gained extensive experience in business law, serving medium and large entrepreneurs. Her tasks included registering companies, preparing internal company documents, and handling transformations of commercial law companies. She also prepared and analyzed company agreements, statutes, and civil law contracts, ensuring compliance with Polish business regulations. Oliwia’s work in labor law, including drafting regulations related to the AML Act, whistleblower protection, and GDPR, further demonstrates her comprehensive knowledge of business law.

Polish Civil Law

Oliwia’s expertise in Polish civil law is evident in her work at Kancelaria Adwokacka Weronika Wyze, where she prepared lawsuits and pleadings in civil and commercial matters. She represented clients in cases involving loans indexed in CHF, labor law disputes, and family law matters, including divorces and parental authority issues. Her ability to navigate the complexities of Polish civil law and represent clients in court proceedings showcases her skills as a litigator and legal advisor.

Language Proficiency and Continuous Learning

In addition to her legal expertise, Oliwia is fluent in English, holding a Legal English C1 Certificate and having completed the TOEFL course. Her language skills enable her to work effectively with international clients and navigate the complexities of cross-border legal issues.

Oliwia’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in her participation in various internships and courses. She has completed internships at the District, Regional, and Appellate Courts in Gdańsk, gaining invaluable insights into the judicial process.
