Terms and Conditions

~Orders can be placed online and also offline
Payment methods accepted:

  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment gateway
  • Card payments (Visa/Mastercard, BLIK, 3D Secure)
  • Cash (with receipt)


Payment must be made before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery:

In Person: On scheduled time.
Digital services: Immediate via email/download.
Physical documents: Delivered within 3–5 business days via tracked Poczta Polska.


Return & Refund Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason.
To withdraw, send written notice to info@lexcorporation.pl or by post.
Refunds are issued within 12 calendar days of receiving written notice to info@lexcorporation.pl or by post.
Cancellations
Full refund: Cancelled 48+ hours before service.
50% refund: Cancelled 24–48 hours before service.
No refund: Cancelled <24 hours before or after work has begun.
Non-refundable: Any initial deposits.
Other Terms
No physical returns apply (intangible services).
Revisions may be offered, but no refunds after service delivery.

Complaints Procedure

  1. Filing a Complaint
    • Consumers may submit complaints regarding services or products provided by LexCorporation via:
      • Email: Send a written notice to info@lexcorporation.pl.
      • Post: Send a written complaint to LexCorporation’s registered office address.
  2. Required Complaint Content
    The complaint should include:
    • Consumer’s contact details (name, address, email/phone).
    • Description of the issue.
    • Relevant order/service reference (if applicable).
    • Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, documents).


Complaints must be submitted within 30 days; response time: 7 calendar days.
